Tonight Tania Bruguera will sit down with Southern Methodist University’s Noah Simblist to talk about her work. It should prove to be a pertinent conversation in light of the upcoming onslaught of Nasher-commissioned public art projects. Like a number of the artists involved in that project, Bruguera’s practice is concerned with how art can influence politics and social change. Here’s a taste:
