Via Jerome Weeks on Art and Seek, Sunday’s episode of the Simpsons (which you can watch here) featured the opening of a new Springfield Atoms Stadium, which looks remarkably like the Death Star in Arlington. It wasn’t just big football that get poked, the Arts District received a nod: Writes Weeks:
“Ooooh,’ Marge exclaimed, “they even have an Arts District full of football-hating intellectuals.” Well, perhaps not full.
