Ticket Giveaway: Al Pacino at the Winspear Opera House

On November 16, the great Al Pacino, star of Gigli, S1m0ne, and The Recruit, will touch down at the Winspear Opera House for the next installment of the Brinker International Forum, where you can listen to the actor speak about his technique and process, and then fire questions his way in an audience Q&A. We have a pair of tickets to giveaway. To get your hands on them, be the fifth person to submit the form after the jump with your list of your three favorite Pacino performances. Look for the tally of favorite roles later in the day. And . . . go! Update: Those went fast. Congrats to the winner. Update 2: The verifiably objective and correct answer to the question, 'what are Pacino's best three movies,' is 1) The Godfather (considering parts one and two as a single movie, which, when talking about the dramatic arc of an epic story, they are), 2) Dog Day Afternoon, and 3) Scent of a Woman, with an honorable mention for Scarface because it has become so iconic. But our readers disagree. In our giveaway poll, the top Pacino films were: 1) Scarface 2) The Godfather Part 1 3) Carlito's Way Tied for fourth: Scent of a Woman and The Devil's Advocate. I was suprised there wasn't more support for Glengarry Glen Ross, which got one nod, and Dog Day, which didn't even make the list. Other mentions: Justice For All, The Insider, Donnie Brasco, Heat, Serpico, Frankie and Johnny, and Godfather Part 2, which did so poorly I will assume that everyone who voted for The Godfather meant both movies. Thanks all for participating. If you still want to chime in, let's turn to the comments.
