Dallas-based developer Billingsley Co. will kick off a new office campus in Farmers Branch with a build-to-suit for Monitronics. The three-story, 165,000-square-foot headquarters will sit on 14 acres near Wittington Place and Senlac Drive, on the eastern shore of what's known as Mercer Crossing Lake.
