Coker Floor Co. has leased 4,155 square feet of retail space in Village on the Green at 5301 Alpha Road, Suite 10 in Dallas.

Seeing brisk demand for industrial space, Hillwood Properties is moving forward with construction of Alliance Center North II, a speculative 1 million-square-foot building, and Gateway 57, a 310,000-square-foot facility. This is on top of Alliance Center North I, a 1.2 million-square-foot speculative project announced in March.
