Mueller Streamline Co. has leased 55,585 square feet of industrial space in Mockingbird Distribution Center at 631 West Mockingbird Lane in Dallas.

Victory Group has purchased more than 19 acres of land at the southeast corner of State Highway 121 and Hebron Parkway in Carrollton. It already has 13.6 acres under contract to an undisclosed buyer—and is pursuing five other acquisitions along S.H. 121.

Last December, Billingsley Cos. acquired more than 225 acres at Mercer Crossing, one of the largest land deals of the year. Now the Dallas-based company has successfully rezoned the land for office and industrial use, and will kick off development before the end of the year.
