Although there are widespread differences between this generation and their “Generation X” and “baby boomer” corporate leaders and managers, there are also significant strengths. The challenge for today’s leadership is to not only accept these differences, but to embrace them.

As I listened to the speeches by the former Presidents, I was struck by the harmony between these men, how kind and gracious they were in their remarks, and the fact that while philosophically moving in different directions, they would put all of that aside for the one common theme—their individual love of this country and the freedoms we enjoy.
