Big Four accounting firm KMPG LLP just signed on for more than 150,000 square feet in the project, and real estate sources say law firm Jackson Walker inked a letter of intent for about 100,000 square feet last week. That leaves less than 200,000 square feet available—and inquiries from other prospects are coming in.
