Hillwood Properties is responding to the demand for industrial space with a 1.2 million-square-foot speculative facility at Alliance, its 17,000-acre mixed-use development in north Fort Worth. Called Alliance Center North 1, the facility will launch a new 650-acre industrial park within Alliance that can accommodate more than 9 million square feet.
