State Farm Takes Another 311,000 SF in Former Nortel Campus, Just Acquired by Champion Partners
The State Farm story just keeps getting bigger and better. The insurance giant has leased two more buildings in the former Nortel campus in Richardson, for a total of about 311,000 square feet. This is on top of the 292,000 square feet it leased at the complex last fall. In related news, Champion Partners, which owns 1011 Galatyn Parkway, where State Farm did its initial leased, has acquired the remaining three properties in the project from Bank of America.
