Patriot Tower is getting a new look, a new name, and a new tenant. HKS Inc. will relocate from the Adleta Building at 1919 McKinney Ave. in Uptown to what's being renamed One Dallas Center at 350 N. St. Paul St. in the Dallas central business district.

Advancial Tower in Uptown Sold
Charter Holdings has sold Advancial Tower, a 17-story, 147,252-square-foot tower in Uptown just off the new Klyde Warren Park. Led by longtime Dallas real estate investor Ray Washburne, Charter acquired the property in 2002—the same year the buyers, Dan and Farris Wilks, founded their Cisco-based company, Frac Tech Services.
