D3 Semiconductor has acquired 15050 E. Beltwood Pkwy. in Addison for its new headquarters. The company had also considered locations in Phoenix and Southern California, according to Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services, which represented the seller, Maxim Integrated Products Inc.

Developer/Ad Agency Exec Owen Hannay Adds to West End Holdings
Five Smooth Stones, a development company led by Slingshot's Owen Hannay, has acquired three office buildings in the West End. The acquisitions, which closed Dec. 10, involve 509 Elm St., 501 Elm St., and 211 N. Record Street. They total 125,000 square feet and include a 135-spot parking garage.

TopGolf, the popular golf-entertainment chain, is adding a third North Texas location. A venue in The Colony will join the two others in Dallas in Allen.
