What The Owner Says: Annabelle, or “Belle,” as her friends and family know her, is one of a kind. You will never meet a dog with as sweet a disposition, patience that I wish could be taught to humans, personality that can’t be taught at all, and smarts to know when to play and when to chill on the couch with Mom and Dad. It cost more in gas money to drive to the 4.5 hours to the Bulverde Humane Society from Dallas than it did to adopt her. Not knowing exactly what kind of dog we would meet at the end of our journey, we didn’t hesitate a moment when we saw her picture on Petfinder. We just knew there was something special. She is positively the best dog in the world and isn’t too hard on the eyes either.
