This one comes with free plastic surgery—for the house, that is. The seller knows it’s a tough market in Dallas
real estate and says he will make cosmetic changes. I’d ask for a
little Botox and Juvederm—for me! 8812 Lakemont Dr. looks to
be quite perfect, actually. It’s a charming throwback to the Donna Reed years. Built in 1955, she
packs in a whopping 2,317 square feet for three living areas, two
dining areas, three bedrooms, and three baths. Not to mention the stunning
one-third acre, with a fully-stocked Koi pond, in beautiful Bluffview.
The house has been fully remodeled with a new kitchen, stainless
appliances, and updated baths. I don’t see why they are offering “cosmetic changes per owner’s request,” but I guess a new real
estate marketing gimmick is born every day. The location cannot be beat,
and it’s priced very well for all the updates and square footage. Required
wear in this kitchen: aprons. Listed at $549,900.
