Each year, D publishes its annual “Best Real Estate Agents” in Dallas list, which is compiled by an independent research firm and based on an area-wide customer service study. This year we’re expanding the program by recognizing the area’s Top Residential Real Estate Producers, based solely on 2010 sales volume. Real estate agents who excel in a challenging—and incredibly competitive—market especially deserve to be recognized for their success. So we talked with the heads of North Texas residential brokerages to find out which of their agents generated the highest volume of home sales in 2010. To qualify for D’s Top Producer program, agents had to achieve, or lead teams that achieved, the following minimums: individual agents, $10 million; teams of two agents, $15 million; groups of 3-5 agents, $25 million; groups of 6-10 agents, $35 million; and groups with more than 10 agents, $40 million. Some of the real estate agents, particularly those who concentrate on the Park Cities and other upscale markets, generated much more. Here are the area’s top-producing residential real estate agents in North Texas, presented by category in alphabetical order.
