Long before dawn, the ovens at this popular spot on Harry Hines are baking huge trays of cinnamon rolls. Once they’ve cooled slightly, they’re sliced into huge portions, topped with a thick layer of cream cheese icing, and cut to order. We’ve had a long relationship with this sinful eye-opener and can attest to the fact that the uneaten portion makes a delicious dessert as well.
