Most people head to the Dream Cafe for healthy or vegetarian breakfasts. The restaurant has long been famous for its fluffy ricotta pancakes served with Vermont maple syrup and vegetarian sausage. However, we like a little—okay a lot—of morning protein and go straight for the grilled rib-eye steak topped with two sunny-side eggs and hollandaise.
