Spelt Check

If I tell you that the artisanal flatbread “krackers” made in Dallas by Doctor Kracker are good for you, I’m afraid you won’t try them. Instead, I’ll just come right out and say it: I am addicted to them—spelt, oats, organically grown wheat, and all. Yes, it’s nice to know that instead of pounding down sugar- and fat-laden munchies, I am crunching high-fiber goodness, loaded with Omega-3 essential fatty acid. My favorite? For sure the Krispy Graham Kribbons. No, wait. The Spelt Sunflower. I mean, the 3 Seed Pumpkin. Oh, who am I kidding? I love them all. Available at Whole Foods Market.
