The dynamic duo recently debuted Petit Fours Cakes Gourmet, a designer bakery centered on the bite-size frosted cake towers. Executive pastry chef Bill Hunter, who satisfied many a sweet tooth during his days at the Hotel Crescent Court and Desserts by Design, leads the kitchen team that turns out 18 elegant varieties of small cakes (perfect hostess gifts) and 12 flavors of petit fours, some with six intricate layers of cake and frosting.
