THUMBS UP to BUSTY HEART, the Arlington “dancer” who has been two of the few bright spots in an otherwise dismal Texas Rangers season. The 80-MMM Ms.

Heart, who has enlivened several Rangers games by parading her largesse through the stands, is an awesome testament to the power of silicone. As the team sank toward the cellar, it was nice to be reminded that human ingenuity can accomplish almost anything- except, apparently, bringing a pennant to Arlington Stadium.
