Why I Love My Job

What I most enjoy is the opportunity to positively impact lives all around the world. We create nearly 40,000 new jobs every year, feed millions of customers, and improve the lives of more than 1 million associates by investing in their development. I love seeing the smiles on our customers’ and employees’ faces when we get the experience right.

Your mindset in how you approach a challenge is usually more critical to success than your experience or technical skills. Having a growth mindset makes all the difference.

I am an experienced Black Jack card-counter. My senior thesis in college was to create a computer simulation to estimate the odds of success counting cards in an eight-deck game of Black Jack.
