Robbie Briggs’ Dallas office often is a “getaway” for him, as he’s typically on the road. “It’s very exhilarating to have a morning meeting in Frisco, then have to be in Southlake for lunch, and then drive to our office in Fort Worth,” he says. The Oklahoma-born residential real estate mogul’s office is filled with memorabilia from years he spent doing missionary work in China, beginning in 2005. Briggs continued as a “chief executive overseas,” returning to the U.S. in 2008. He earned a master’s in architecture from Tulane University, and has served as chairman of the Presbyterian Hospital Foundation, the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation, and the Cambridge School of Dallas. He is currently on, or has served in the past on, the boards of the Dallas Regional Chamber, BBVA Compass Bank, and The Hockaday School.
