In a market with more than 1 billion square feet of commercial space, there’s always a lot of wheeling and dealing going on. Each year, D CEO recognizes the professionals putting those deals together with its Power Brokers list. Our methodology: Leaders at North Texas commercial real estate firms tell us which brokers generated the most revenue for their companies in 2011. (The number of names they’re allowed to submit is based on their total number of brokers. This year, leaders at 55 firms, employing 1,350 local brokers, participated.) From there, D CEO editors and an independent panel reviewed the names and crafted the final list. The Power Brokers are presented in alphabetical order by areas of specialty.
