Park Cities Yoga owner Jeff Farrell is less concerned with your body than your soul. “We do whole yoga practices as opposed to calisthenics,” he says. And it all comes down to one thing: breath. “Breath is connected to everything,” he explains. “We use it to process information, emotions, relationships.” Farrell, who discovered yoga as a theater student in the 1970s, has now set up shop in a larger space, with classes offered seven days a week. “Just show up,” Farrell says. But prepare for a commitment. “Yoga is a lifetime experience. It’s not ‘popcorn’ yoga.” 5934 Royal Ln. 214-350-2269. parkcitiesyoga.com.
