I’ve seen several of my Facebook friends proudly proclaim that they are already finished with their holiday shopping. How lovely for them. For the rest of us, there are some great sales and shopping events happening this weekend where you can stock up on presents for your loved ones (and some for you, too).

•Chi Omega Christmas Market – Shop the wares of more than 175 vendors at the 36th annual Christmas Market, taking place through Saturday at Centennial Hall at Fair Park. Everything from home goods to clothes and accessories to kids toys will be up for grabs. You can purchase tickets at any Tom Thumb location or at the door, and the proceeds benefit a selection of local charities.

•Etsy Dallas Jingle Bash – More than 60 area artists and artisans will be on hand at the Shops at Park Lane tomorrow from 11 a.m. – 6 p.m. hawking jewelry, art, housewares, pet products, paper goods, and more. Admission is free and the first 50 shoppers will receive a reusable “Bash Bag,” which is packed full of handmade goodies from the merchants onhand. But get there early—some eager beavers have been known to arrive three hours early to score one of the coveted bags.

•IO Metro Black Friday Savings Event – Wait, you’re thinking, isn’t Black Friday the day after Thanksgiving? Technically, yes. But the good folks at IO Metro understand the spirit of the season, and that the day after Turkey Day is meant to be spent with family and cramming stuffing into your face. So you can score 30 percent off all accessories and up to 25 percent off furniture starting today. Now, if you’re looking to ditch the in-laws for a few hours, you can still shop on the traditionally designated day, as the sale will run through Monday, Dec. 2.

•Wisteria Holiday Sale – Wisteria has just rolled out markdowns on everything you need to deck your halls. Ornaments, servingware, linens, candles—you name it. We especially love the glass turtle dove tea light holders, pictured above.

•Sur La Table coffee sale – If you haven’t noticed by now, it’s cold out. Really cold. Personally, we could go for a hot cup of coffee right now. So maybe it’s the frozen toes talking, but discounts of up to 25 percent on coffee makers by De’longhi, Jura, Francis Francis, and Nespresso sounds pretty tasty. (And as a bonus, while you’re there, you can check out one of their Thanksgiving demo cooking classes.)
