VARIOUS DATES

Free Outdoor Yoga at CityLine in Richardson – 9 a.m., Saturdays

Who doesn’t appreciate free yoga? Stop in for yoga classes every Saturday until May 28. The classes are held in the CityLine plaza and led by instructors from Reef Point Yoga (an upcoming yoga studio addition to CityLine). The class is open to all levels and complimentary parking is available at three nearby garages. CityLine asks that participants arrive 15 minutes early to sign waivers and set up their mats. Check out the CityLine website for info on even more free yoga events throughout the month.

Free Outdoor Barre Cardio Classes at The Shops at Park Lane

Studio 6 hosts these free outdoor cardio barre classes at The Shops at Park Lane during Fitness Fridays. The classes take place in the park, a landscaped lawn in the heart of the center, at noon every Friday in May. The 60-minute high-intensity, low impact signature workout combines elements from barre, yoga, and Pilates to get your adrenaline pumping. Equipment will be provided. Come barefoot or wear sneakers; classes are weather permitting.
