Virabhadrasana B is a lunge that challenges your leg strength and balance. Begin by standing on your mat with your feet out wide and toes pointing forward. Turn your right foot to the front of your mat and align that heel with the arch of your left foot and bend your right knee to 90 degrees (or as far as you are able) as you bring your arms out straight to either side of you and turn your head to the right.
