1. Manifestation Workshop
In her signature course, Los Angeles writer and world-renowned yogi Jen Pastiloff will help you go beyond your comfort zone and peel back the layers of an unpredictable, messy life. Get ready to sweat, laugh, journal, sing, dance and spark new friendships. Come with a journal and an open mind.

2. Down and Dirty Race
In this three or six-mile run, embrace your love for playing in the mud and tackle over 20 muddy obstacles including the Heavy Hoist, Monster Climb, Slippery Climb and Give Me 20. Kids can join in the fun with Adventure Kids Courses for ages 4-6 and 7-13.

3. Moonlight Madness Half and 10k
Spice up your Saturday night routine with a radiant 10K or half marathon running party. Deck yourself out in glow lights, have a cold one at Community Beer Company, then take a long lap by the Trinity River to earn your second round.

4. Peace, Love, Run 5K
Hippies unite for a morning of dog-friendly running, live music by Bourbon Diesel, and a whole lot of tie-dye. Proceeds from the run benefit the homeless in our community.

When: Saturday, June 13 at 8 a.m.

5. Tiki Run 5K or 10K
Get a run in and then kick back and relax at an evening luau complete with cold beer, Hawaii pizza and live music. This run supports the Team Ortho Foundation, a non-profit that races to encourage exercise, one of the best defenses against orthopeadic injuries, and to raise funds for research and donations.

6. Jazzercise Live
Get ready to shake it off all weekend long. At this event, you’ll have a blast blasting away calories at five high-energy specialty classes like Retro Remix, Cowboy to the Core and #TheNewJazzercise. There will also be a live taping done by Judi Sheppard Missett, Shanna Missett Nelson and the team.

When: Friday, June 19 at 9 a.m. (classes begin at 5:30 p.m.) through Saturday, June 20 at 5 p.m.

7. Arm Balances and Inversions Workshop
You can do anything you put your mind to—even Crow pose. Self-described “Handstand-Up Comedian” Carson Clay Calhoun will keep you smiling as you attempt to defy gravity. Whether you usually keep arm balances at arm’s length or you’ve been doing them for years, you’ll find your edge and come away with new tricks. Learn how to safely transition between poses and check yourself with alignment drills on and off the wall.
