Vasisthasana, or side plank, is a balancing pose that will have your core and arms looking toned and feeling strong. Sit down in the center of your mat and place your right hand flat to the floor with fingers facing away from you. Shift your weight to your right arm as you straighten your right leg out, and lift your hips before allowing your left leg to lift and lay right on top of it as you straighten your left arm to the sky and hold.
