Boxing Mix

For rather obvious reasons, boxing has historically been one of the most controversial of all sports, and the music it has inspired creates an interesting spectrum when considered as a whole. Some of it is celebratory, and some of it is protesting the very act itself. In any case, it has led to an assortment of memorable compositions and of course, popular motion pictures with catchy soundtracks. Both are considered here, and I had to leave some of the best songs off of the list because, much like the sport, the lyrics can be a tad intense for some audiences.
