Going to Asian restaurants can be tricky when trying to order a low-fat and healthy meal, but at Shinsei take a bite into their mahi mahi and never have to feel the effects of high MSG. Mahi mahi is a flavorful, low-fat, and low in mercury fish, and with the perfect amount of seasoning, this dish will satisfy any fish craving.
