Gemma‘s Bok choy salad with English peas, fennel, radish, mint, cashews, and rhubarb vinaigrette, $10.75

This offering at the Henderson Avenue restaurant is refreshing and light and doesn’t contain the heavy dressing (and accompanying higher calorie counts) that can undo the healthfulness of many a salad. Bok choy is rich in vitamin A, which aids in our body’s immune function and vision, and vitamin C, an antioxidant that helps prevent cell damage from exposure to environmental pollution.
