It's funny how things work out… how the Universe and the Creator take care of you. You just have to ask. Just put your intention out there. A little bit of prayer, mediation, and goal setting go a long way. Last month, I started thinking of picking up more classes outside of the corporate/private classes that I have. And then BOOM ???? 4 new classes on my schedule! So happy to announce my newest class starts back up today! I'll be at @extendfitnessstudio every Monday night at 8pm teaching their Aerial Yoga/Aerial Dance right after I teach 6pm Intermediate Flow @superyogapalace . You can go to both their websites to get info and sign up. I hope to catch you on your mat or doing tricks in your silks soon. Happy Monday!
