Group skill sessions are a great way to review and refine movement. With push jerks, two of the most common things we see are when athletes shift into their toes during the dip portion of the movement as well as forward inclination of the torso. Short, actionable cues enable coaches to improve athletes movement and in turn, make them more efficient. #crossfit
