After two local judges recused themselves in the lawsuit to remove DA Susan Hawk from office, the Supreme Court of Texas yesterday appointed Judge David Peeples to oversee the matter. Peeples can either stop the case from progressing or permit it to go to a jury trial. Cowboys Organization Is a Joke. Yesterday the team held a luncheon for the Gatehouse, a Grapevine shelter for abused women and their children. Greg Hardy did not attend.
