Dallas real estate brokers say they’re seeing ‘unprecedented’ interest in North Texas, with several companies looking for 1 million square feet of office space or more. (To put that in perspective, the entire 60-story Fountain Place in downtown Dallas totals 1.2 million square feet.)

John Crawford, president and CEO of Downtown Dallas Inc., says the size of the companies, and the deals, is staggering:

“I’ve never seen anything like it. … In my experience, two things are going to happen: the initial numbers will grow exponentially larger, and there will be a number of vendors who will want to cluster around big relocations.”
