On Friday, I pointed out that the Museum Tower’s PR folks hadn’t quite mastered social media yet. They launched a site to promote their solution to the glare and heat problem, and they invited comments. Problem was, those comments didn’t exactly run in their favor. Not long after I made that observation, all comments were removed from the site. Comments like these:
