On September 14, Sarah Jaffe will open the latest venue in the Arts District, City Performance Hall, a $40 million facility developed by the City of Dallas  for arts groups that don’t fit into the schedules or budgets of the bigger boys on Flora St. But is the building too pragmatic? And will it actually be useful to the arts groups that wanted it? We’re discussing that and more on FrontRow.
