Tim Love has a fancy test kitchen in Fort Worth. He likes to show you that he can do more than cook citified cowboy food. From February 15-18, Love will be flexing his ¿quién-es-más-macho? Spanish muscles when he transforms his test kitchen into Oficina.

If you’ve never had the pleasure of getting up close and personal with chef Love, I suggest you find $95 and some spare change for tax and gratuity and stick a rose in your mouth and go.
