August 10 is National S’mores Day. Yes, we know, there’s a national holiday for everything. But honestly, who doesn’t love an excuse to indulge in the sweet, gooey treat. Although this intolerable Texas heat makes it impossible to think of lighting a campfire, Dallas offers plenty of other ways to enjoy the smoky favorite that will absolutely have you asking for s’more.

Nylo Hotel
Nylo will be serving up a special drink in honor the sweet dessert. The S’more Crunch Cocktail: chocolate, graham crackers, Kahlua Pumpkin Spice, whiskey, and heavy whipping cream. The drink is garnished with a fluffy marshmallow. The refreshing cocktail will be served at the Las Colinas location.

Bryan Street Tavern
At Bryan Street Tavern gooey marshmallows, graham crackers, and rich chocolate are baked to perfection in a pizza oven. Their 9-inch dessert pizza is every chocolate lovers dream and the perfect food to munch on as you enjoy one of the many craft beers offered at the bar.

Tom + Chee
Tom + Chee took two American favorites and combined them. Here, the grilled cheese sandwich and the s’more are combined. The sweet sandwich is made with chocolate pieces, crunchy graham crackers, marshmallow, and mascarpone layered between two scrumptious doughnuts. This s’mores grilled cheese doughnut should honestly be considered an American treasure.

People’s Last Stand
If you are looking for a sweet way to cool down, look no further than The People’s Last Stand. Not only do they offer plenty of handcrafted cocktails, they also have the perfect drink to celebrate this awesome holiday: the Campfire Old Fashioned. Hickory mesquite, coffee-infused Johnny Walker Red, marshmallows, maple, and chocolate bitters provide a fun twist to an old classic and give us a delightful way to wind down after a long day at work.

Remedy
Ice cream plus s’mores, need we say more? Remedy is known for their unique take on the frozen treat and their Sylvester Graham does not disappoint. Made with graham cracker ice cream, smoked hot fudge, toasted crispy marshmallows and topped with whipped cream, the Sylvester Graham offers the perfect way to enjoy the campfire treat in Dallas’ 100-degree weather.

Bar Louie
Absolut Vanilla, Godiva Chocolate liqueur, toasted marshmallow syrup, cream marshmallows, chocolate syrup and a graham cracker rim? Yes please. The s’more martini at Bar Louie will certainly have you reminiscing about your many summer camp adventures.

The Melting Pot
If you love fondue as much as you love s’mores, then you are definitely going to want to head over to the Melting Pot. Their chocolate s’more fondue is a heavenly concoction of melted milk chocolate and marshmallow cream topped with bits of graham crackers. Try it without the graham cracker bits for a gluten free option.

Urban Rio
The Tex-Mex restaurant beautifully lays out rows of chocolate, graham crackers, and their house-made flavored marshmallows so that you can create your own toasted treat. It’s a great way to have some family bonding time without having to leave the comfort of air conditioning.

Sweet Thangs by Lo’ Michelle
Lo’ Michelle’s “I want S’more” cupcake is made with a homemade graham cracker crust, rich chocolate batter, is filled with homemade marshmallows and topped with a graham cracker cookie and sweet chocolate square. You’ll definitely need a big glass of milk to wash down this delectable dessert.
