Holy moly. There is no way I can list all of the talent participating in this year’s Park & Palate fundraiser at Klyde Warren Park on Friday, October 21 and Saturday, October 22. Chefs are coming from all over Texas. Notable names include Dallas Kent Rathbun, John Tesar (Knife), Dean Fearing (Fearing’s), Jason Dady (Jason Dady Restaurant Group), Tyson Cole (Uchi), and Sharon Hage (Farm to Fork Consulting).
Tickets for the Grand Taste will feature over 30 chefs and 30 wineries plus spirits, craft cocktails, and beer. Wine tastings will be held throughout the day hosted by special guests. Musical acts include country music singer-songwriter and EMI Recording artist Eric Paslay, the Barbed Wires, Johnny Reno & the Rockets, and DJ Lucy. Tickets on sale now right here. www.parkandpalate.org
