Chef Stephan Pyles’ Flora Street Café is now open at Hall Arts in the Dallas Arts District. Pyles and his team, which includes Peter Barlow as chef de cuisine and Ricardo “Ricchi” Sanchez as the executive pastry chef, are plating up artful dishes that are almost too beautiful to eat. Almost.

Menu offerings include summer posole, smoked shishito broth, rockfish escabeche; cassis parfait, hibiscus sorbet, with brown flour sable, and berry glazed jicama; Texas Akaushi Wagyu Ribeye, bone marrow custard, brisket in kale, and sweet pepper relleno; and hoja santa-wrapped lamb loin and belly, roast banana, chewy beet, and black rice. The plates are absolutely stunning.
