The Dallas Farmers Market is en fuego! There are lots of new openings coming up including Mudhen (shooting for January 18) and Taqueria La Ventana, which will debut on January 15.
Taqueria La Ventana, will premiere some new items such as quesadillas filled with a choice of beef, carnitas, and calabacitas; fresh-from-the-Farmers-Market corn on the cob elotes; and vanilla flan. They will be open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Here’s the menu.
This will be the third location for Taqueria La Ventana. A fourth will open in Greenville, Texas next summer.
