Christmas cheese comes in 0.6-pound servings. It can be purchased individually for $12 or $85 for five.
The Deep Ellum cheese shop is also selling a holiday assortment of four cheeses. The gift includes mild goat cheese topped with French herbs, Ancho Chile Caciotta, and their award-winning fresh Mozzarella with a spiral filling of green olives. It also comes with six wine glass charms.
