A new cocktail bar and restaurant called Citizen is slated to open in Uptown next to the Common Table.
The restaurant and bar is currently under construction in an old house at 2923 Fairmount Street. According to the release:
“Edgy elements with soft undertones highlight the range of the space and its purpose. Inside, banquettes, couches, a long bar, and exposed brick showcase the venue, the space outfitted for both casual nights on the town and energy infused weekends. A large upscale patio will house a full bar, fire feature, and plenty of seating for a crowd.”
Specialty cocktails and bottle service will be offered as well as a menu designed by Rodman Shields of The Common Table.
Citizen is slated to open this fall. The restaurant and bar is located at 2923 Fairmount Street and hours will be Tuesday though Saturday from 5 p.m. to 2 a.m.
