Proof + Pantry is introducing brunch service this Sunday, December 7. The menu offers traditional, and egg-centric items like pork belly eggs Benedict, eggs-on-eggs (French-style soft-scrambled eggs with caviar) and steak and eggs. Barman Michael Martensen is shaking up a few new cocktails for the occasion, a highlight of which is the Grey’s Court made with Earl Grey tea infused Botanical Spirit, orange blossom water, orange bitters, simple syrup, lemon juice and egg whites. Seriously, so many egg options.
Brunch is served every Sunday from 11:30 a.m. until 3 p.m.
