The guys at Olenjack’s Grille really like fall and couldn’t wait to debut two autumn-inspired cocktails. These “warm and fuzzy” drinks are locally inspired, using Texas whiskies with warm spices and chiles. Two of the recipes include the Hatch, Ruby n’ Rye using muddled Hatch Chiles, sweet Texas Ruby Red grapefruit juice and Dallas County’s Herman Marshall Texas Rye Whiskey, and the other is a Pumpkin Spice Martini with Texas Rye Whiskey.
