The first retail incubator is opening at Trinity Groves today. Luxury chocolatier Kate Weiser Chocolate will take the spot.

“Trinity Groves is very involved with the Dallas art community and since each one of my chocolates looks like a piece of abstract art it was a perfect fit,” said Weiser.

Kate Weiser’s hand-painted chocolates are each one-of-a-kind. She can also do custom work like logos for corporate clients or events.

“For me, chocolate is the most challenging and rewarding medium in the culinary arts. It is a never-ending learning experience and my true passion,” she explained.

There are homemade goodies of all kinds in addition to chocolates: toffees, macarons, ice cream sandwiches, coffee, and drinking chocolate are all made from organic, high-quality ingredients with seasonal changes.

The K-Dub Club is a monthly membership customers can sign up for to receive a chocolate kit every month. Each kit features all new products not found on the menu. The shop has a large patio and small indoor seating area, perfect for a chocolate + espresso break.

The shop is open Monday – Thursday 11 am – 9 pm, Friday & Saturday 11 am – 11 pm and Sunday 12 pm – 6 pm. Visit Kate Weiser’s Facebook page for more information about the shop and Kate’s work.
