The healthy takeout concept from Austin has officially opened its first Dallas location on McKinney Ave. The second of four Dallas locations is set to open in Snider Plaza on Saturday July 26th. The other two will be at Preston Royal Village and Fitzhugh/Central Expressway and should make their debuts in upcoming weeks.

Snap’s stated mission is to reintroduce real, whole, minimally-processed foods into busy people’s diets. The juice program looks pretty tasty, and what I’ve tried from the menu has been good. I also like that you can place a lunch order the day before, and your (healthy) food is ready to pick up when you swing by on the way to work the next morning. I officially have no more excuses to eat unhealthy lunches.
