Tina Wasserman is an author, cooking instructor, speaker, corporate team builder, and all-around nice Dallas lady. She has written Entree to Judaism-A Culinary Exploration of the Jewish Diaspora and Entrée to Judaism for Families. She also teaches kosher cooking and is the food editor for reformjudaism.org, the major web presence for Reform Jews in North America.

This year Passover begins in the evening of Monday, April 14 and ends in the evening of Tuesday, April 22. To get you ready, Tina is offering Passover Boot Camp on SideDish. Yesterday, we made chicken soup. Today: matzah balls. Wasserman says: “Whether you like your matzo balls light and fluffy or firm and “sinkers”, learn how to make matzo balls just like Bubbe used to make!
